SunRocket went out of business and left us with no service temporarily. We’ve since signed with Packet8 which offers pretty much the same package. Service so far has been spotty. Can’t dial out sometimes and since installing, have had to reset the cable modem, router, and Packet8 adapter to get internet service back a few times. Can’t yet say it’s directly related, but didn’t have the problem with SunRocket.

Vonage also does not charge extra for calls to England. Major Benefit if you are engaged to a Brit!

Unfortunately you left out “voicetalk”. At voicetalk for the price of $199 you get 2 years unlimited VOIP service.
Unlimited calls to US. Canada, Puerto Rico.
Plus, I get the same services that VONAGER provides.

VoIP stinks. It is like buying a car w/o an engine. They should not be allowed to sell their products because they do not work. These phone companies over the WWW/Internet are inferior.
